The main purpose of this job was to manage communication tasks in this Coca-Cola Bottler and the production of multimedia materials for training.
· Responsabilities: To manage all communication tasks as boards, bulletins, announcements to the personnel, primarily. Other Human Resources tasks were done like supervising external courses, organizing events and give some courses to the personnel.
· Skills needed: Good work in communicating ideas, team work, work under pressure, computer skills, design of messages, teaching and training, etc.
· Achievements/Improvements made: To transfer the induction program from traditional to interactive. The creation of a computer based record of all employees’ training history. The structuration of a program in communication for a course to the personnel, wich I taught to twelve different groups of employees. And the creation and the teaching of the “correct use of telephone in customer service” course.

· Achievements/Improvements made: The show turned into the audience’s favorite. We received more calls in half an hour than any other show of the station. Recognition to the show and the work of our team from other media specialists.
